Introductory lecture (1-2 hours)

We recommend all groups to start the programme in Sweden with an introductory lecture on Swedish child care in order to gain a basic understanding of how the system works. The content of the lecture is adapted to your requirements so as to give you the background you need to better assimilate the information you’ll be given on any future study visits.

Lectures by psychologists and other experts

If you’re interested in a specialist area, such as child abuse or Swedish family policy as a means to address falling birth rates, SQC can offer a large number of lectures given by an expert in the relevant field.

Examples of study visits to child care providers

SQC has an extensive network of public and private child care providers that welcome groups for study visits. Each visit lasts between one and two hours. Here are some examples:
